rgrwilco Posted September 17, 2007 Author Report Posted September 17, 2007 Last season they could've opened that weekend in October, or have begun to make snow if they wanted to. they are under new ownership(Boyne i think) this season so it would work well as a PR move. they have high elevation and located further north then other resorts. i had a link to a page where sugarloaf was open in october before, with top to bottom riding. plus i don't think it will be too crowded, its out in the boonies. plus Mr. sandwich, a ribbon of death at sugarloaf is probably safer then 20 open trails at killington. Dan- Posted September 18, 2007 Report Posted September 18, 2007 (edited) no, its not. If you actually do stuff time goes by really fast. This past month has flown by. It seems like there's never time when im not doing something, and when im not doing stuff it feels really nice to just relax. Between riding, school, and work. Time flies. d- if they open early, trying to roadtrip it? I don't feel like driving 10 hours alone haha. Edited September 18, 2007 by KnuckleDragger Quote

Dan- Posted September 18, 2007 Report Posted September 18, 2007 It seems like just yesterday, me and my girl were still together, we've been broken up for 2 months now. When i was with her, it seemed like time stood still, just doing the same old shit over and over. Since then, started chilling with my buddies again and riding none stop, and it seems like winter is almost here. Then i saw this post about sugarloaf opening in possibly a month and a half and im like WTF, i still need to get my new gear, find a new job, or find a way to rework my hours. These past 2 months have gone by so fast it's rediculous Quote

phillycore Posted October 2, 2007 Report Posted October 2, 2007 insert that ending quote from ferris buellars day off here... Something along the lines of... Life is short if you don't open your eyes once in a while you'll miss it... Winter will be here in a flash and we'll be back here next Oct. waiting for the 08-09 season to start soon enough.. Quote
bigdaddyk Posted October 2, 2007 Report Posted October 2, 2007 This was one of the quickest off seasons for me, since I got back into going to sporting events. Now that football season is here, I'm concentrating on that more than skiing. Quote
Dan- Posted October 2, 2007 Report Posted October 2, 2007 This one went by quick as hell. Lots of drama for me this summer. Then got back into riding, and these past 2 months have flown by. Quote
