Rowsdower Posted October 19, 2007 Report Posted October 19, 2007 (edited) equals mild winter. hit up noaa to see for yourself http://www.noaanews.noaa.gov/stories2007/2...teroutlook.html Usually when I see a report like this I dismiss it with the usual "they cant predict anything more than a week away" response, but now I dunno. This fall has been really warm so far and saying it'll be warmer on this planet is becoming like saying the sun will come up tomorrow. I'm so depressing... Edited October 19, 2007 by Rowsdower Quote

bigdaddyk Posted October 20, 2007 Report Posted October 20, 2007 A lot of reports are saying it should be warmer than average, but not as warm as last year....so at least that would be somewhat better. Quote
poconoceancity Posted October 20, 2007 Report Posted October 20, 2007 It feels like the endless summer...I don't think we are going to see freezing temps in the OC this year. Quote
mollyskeez Posted October 20, 2007 Report Posted October 20, 2007 This is exactly the kind of stuff i dont want or need to be reading. but i do it anyway... Quote
sibhusky Posted October 20, 2007 Report Posted October 20, 2007 We've had damp snow three days this week. Nothing sticking yet, just dingy out. La Nina is good for us historically. Go here for La Nina predictions: http://webpages.charter.net/tcrocker818/MEI_corr.htm Quote
rgrwilco Posted October 20, 2007 Report Posted October 20, 2007 I've never seen the leaves so green this late in October..yes some of them have changed, especially north of the Lehigh Valley but it's late October..am I the only one who remembers trick or treating in a winter coat..lol I played golf today and brought my fleece just in case and I definitely didn't need it..I think I got sunburn... i remember trick-or-treating in coats. my mom would always be up my ass about not catching a cold. nowadays is so warm in october that all the girls wear almost nothing on halloween. theres a positive to every negative my friend.
