Nik Posted October 29, 2007 Report Posted October 29, 2007 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath house fully equipped with wood fireplace, deck, cable tv, highspeed wifi internet, pool table, foosball, air hockey, and more. Our house is about 5 minutes to the Jack Frost entrance. It is just off of rt 940, near the intersection with rt 115 in Blakeslee and is super easy to get to from the PA turnpike and I-80. We aren't going to use it much this season so are offering it for the whole season. First weekly/weekend reservation takes the season offer off the table. Check in/out dates are flexible and rates are very reasonable. Just ask! Contact directly for more info, pics, etc. Thanks! Hope everyone has a good 07/08 season! Quote

Nik Posted October 30, 2007 Author Report Posted October 30, 2007 How much for December 1st to April 1st and what development is it in? The community is in Blakeslee and is called Camelot Forest. We usually like to go up on weekends in the summer and winter but significant other is working weekend shift for most of the next 4-6 months! Full season, would be $5600 plus electric and refundable deposit. This is a big discount off our weekly rate of $800. We are going to try to be up there the weekend of Nov 9th to do some maintenance if any one interested in the season wants to see the area and house in person. Quote
Barb Posted October 30, 2007 Report Posted October 30, 2007 wow, I don't need to rent a place but that's a great price. The average seasonal rental seems to be 8-12 grand plus utilities. My friend may be looking for a seasonal rental, post some pics. Quote

TT C6 Posted November 5, 2007 Report Posted November 5, 2007 (edited) I started a thread in the Big Boulder section to put together a group to do a season rental. My friends and I have done season rentals before, we actually did a place in Towamensing Trails for one season. I am willing to split the seasonal rent, if you want to contact me to arrange the details. Edited November 5, 2007 by TT C6 Quote
