Sunday River first to open

We're opening for Halloween - what are you going to wear? You have one day to come and get an early season treat. We'll spin lift 4 starting late in the morning sometime between 10 and noon depending on when the sun softens things up.

 

The forecast is for sunny skies and warm temps. We're opening for Halloween only - season projected opening remains Nov 9. Come ski T2 if you are itching for turns. There will be two small rails up thanks to the park crew.

Lift tickets on Halloween will be $25 for all ages. If you bring 3 cans of food for donation we'll give you your ticket for $15. Uploading and downloading on lift 4 will be required.

It's not that bad of a drive 9ish hours from philly.

if anyone decides they are crazy enough to go, stop by my house and pick up my board, bring it to clifton, then ill drive the rest of the way. going out of the way to get the board would exempt from gas money.

I don't know how I did it. But here's some advice...

Don't Go To SUNDAY RIVER this week because the only trail open is full of moguls, and if you just got new stuff.... not the best trail to break in your new stuff!
