Glenn Posted December 22, 2004 Report Share Posted December 22, 2004 I just finished a rail, I've been planning/building for a few weeks. Rode it tonight for an hour or two. Required me to shovel the whole yard trying to collect the little bit of dust left on the grass, to make the run in. Rail is 2 1 inch pipes, about 8 feet long. Started out 10 feet but we used a pipe bender at both ends. The pipes just drop into wood cut with holes cut in them. It requires support underneath, because the pipes are electrical conduit, and not exactly the strongest stuff in the world. Total ended up being about 30, plus borrowed pipe bender.
