Tyler Posted November 19, 2007 Report Posted November 19, 2007 (edited) Does anyone know anything about the railjam after the movie premier on sunday, dec. 2? Is it a competion? It would be awesome if it wasn't, and was like the meltdown jibfest they had last year. Anyway I think i will be there, should be fun. Edited November 19, 2007 by Oakley21 Quote
GNU_rider Posted November 19, 2007 Report Posted November 19, 2007 Yeah I'm not really looking to compete either just throw down on some rails with everyone and get some footage, also what time is the rail jam? Quote

Papasteeze Posted November 27, 2007 Report Posted November 27, 2007 It's so marginal for snow making the couple of days before that there is no way they can predict what is going to happen.. lay off them, they will announce as soon as they know WHAT they can do. Quote

Its not like they don't already have a plan....its been on the calendar for awhile now so they have to have a general idea of what their trying to do. Thats all we were asking about so no need to get so bitchy over it...its not like we were asking you. Quote
GNU_rider Posted November 27, 2007 Report Posted November 27, 2007 12/2/2007 - Ski and Snowboard Movie premieres and Rail Jam (weather permitting) 2-7pm Rail Jam first then Snowboard Movie Premier from First Tracks Productions and Ski Movie Premiere from Level 1 Productions. Movie Premiers $7 admission, $10 Rail Jam rider fee. $15 for both Rail Jam and Movies. *Rail Jam is weather permiting at Bear Creek's Discretion So here's the info I found under the event on their calendar, I didn't see any of this before today so hopefully that's a good sign. Also if we have a season pass is the $10 rider fee still applicable or what? Quote
dolfman261 Posted November 27, 2007 Report Posted November 27, 2007 They better let us season pass holders in for free...that would just be sooo cheap of bear if they didnt. BTW Nick, your the man Quote
mollyskeez Posted November 27, 2007 Report Posted November 27, 2007 yeah but dont season pass holders have to pay for the showdown comps? so would it be the same? Quote
Rowsdower Posted November 27, 2007 Report Posted November 27, 2007 I think everyone has to pay for events like that. Did we get in free at the Meltdown Jam? I don't remember... Quote
Saurus Posted November 27, 2007 Report Posted November 27, 2007 haha im so glad im going to bigboulder on sunday, it might not be that crowded. Quote
snowboarddude Posted November 28, 2007 Report Posted November 28, 2007 i think season pass holders got in free but i could be wrong(at the meltdown jam) Quote
KevinThomas Posted November 28, 2007 Report Posted November 28, 2007 Any more info on this would be great. i'm really hoping it ends up working out. I would be super stoked on a bear creek railjam this early. Quote
Rab8 Posted November 28, 2007 Report Posted November 28, 2007 yeh i hope this happens too i need a reason to go get my pass Quote
k2wwwkid Posted November 28, 2007 Report Posted November 28, 2007 i hope we'll b boardin on snow this time at the meltdown jam it was mud cuz i wanna try out my new stuff Quote
GNU_rider Posted November 28, 2007 Report Posted November 28, 2007 Yeah I mean that's what I'm wondering is it a comp or just a jam to throw down on some rails and not be serious about it, because if it's just a jam season pass holders should get in for free but a comp style rail jam I could see everyone having to pay for. Quote
Matt B Posted November 28, 2007 Report Posted November 28, 2007 yeah if it is a rail jam for fun season pass holders should get in free and if its a comp where they are throwing down some money or prices then i dont mind paynig the 10 bucks for it any idea on what rails they are putting out? Quote
